I NEVER sound good singing, especially in recordings, but this app somehow makes me sound good singing without making my voice sound fake like the way auto tune does. That’s pretty cool.

The rest of the app’s pretty cool too, but I could see room for improvement. For starters, it’d be neat if we could write lyrics down somewhere and then read them while we sing into the app.

It’d also be nice if we could submit audio files from our phones into the app, but maybe just for private use that way no one has to monitor the files to make sure they’re good. I think a feature like that would be good because some people may want to sing to their own songs without publishing them on the app. It’d be nice if we can turn down/off the volume of the backtrack so that we can listen to the vocals as well.

The user term agreement states that all the content you put up ceases to be yours by owner ship and that Voisey partners will own all the copyright.

This app affords awesome potential but just know they have the ability to strip your melodies and lyrics from you and re distribute it or sell the idea to another artist. I’m not saying they would do that, they very well may not, and would contact you instead.

With this app becoming more popular there are also possibilities this app can afford you in terms of career goals, monetization, and fan base. They even have a history of offering to help an artist Olivia knight record a single. Just be careful with your hard work and lyrics. That’s all I’m saying.
